The New York Times got it right. We do roast our own coffee—but that’s not all that’s fresh at Love Lane Kitchen. Made-from-scratch soups, Cuban sandwiches, Kobe beef hot dogs, lobster rolls, fresh pastas and potato gnocchi, are just a few of the appetizing lunch items available at Love Lane Kitchen.

But wait! The readers of Dan’s Paper voted us the best breakfast on the North Fork. Fresh-made cheese blintzes, buckwheat & blueberry pancakes, stuffed French toast; as well as, omelet's and eggs any way you like them.

And yes, the secret is out. We have started serving dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Cedar plank salmon, fresh local shellfish and seafood, crab cakes, Thai steamed mussels, steak frites, fish & chips, apple & sage smothered pork tenderloins and much more. BYOB for now.

You can find us at 240 Love Lane in Mattituck, the heart of the North Fork. Just down from the Post Office and across from the train station. No credit cards, please.

Of course we do catering. Any size event, planned to your individual taste. Tired of the same –old same–old. We have the imagination, talent and expertise to turn your event into the talk of the season. And watch us do it for less than those "other guys."

We approach our events the same way we approach everything else in our restaurant. Focus on the best fresh, local and imported ingredients; present it all in an appealing manner; and treat guests like we are welcoming them into our own home.

Our food is terrific and our staff is professional. The Love Lane experience – even if you are not on Love Lane.
